Be able to help manage the team on shift, role modelling our values and behaviours each and every day

What youll get up to:

Managing shifts day to day to keep things running smoothly

Managing team on shift to pre-empt guest patterns, and exceed guest expectations

Encouraging team to give personal recommendations to guests, upselling and cross selling food and drink where possible

Maintaining high standards across our jungle
