Our client, a highly-regarded hotel operation, is looking for a highly skilled, hands-on, passionate and creative Head Chef with strong fresh food and banqueting experience to assist in the running of their popular operation based in rural Preston.

Required experience:

• 2+ years hands-on Head Chef experience in a similar venue or setting.
• A good knowledge of fresh food and strong banqueting experience.
• A real self-starter and self-motivator who can work well in a large brigade.
• Strong people management, time management and organisational skills.
• The ability to work well under pressure whilst leading from the front
• High standards ensuring standards, food safety regulations, compliance and guest satisfaction is met.
