Location: Harlow

Salary: Starting from £42,500+

Bee Happy Recruitment are recruiting a Contracts Manager, to work out of our clients Harlow & Southwest offices.

Minimum starting salary from £42,500 with potential for a higher salary depending on experience and training/qualifications.

Youll be managing teams of Asbestos Operatives & Supervisors and have experience delivering measured term contracts.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Staff management
• Customer/client liaison and relationship management
• Pricing works
• Management of measured term contracts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in Contract Management: A solid background in contract negotiation and management, particularly in construction or hazardous materials handling.
• Knowledge of Asbestos Regulations: Familiarity with asbestos regulations, health and safety guidelines, and best practices for asbestos handling.

Successful candidates will also be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
