Job Description
Requiring open source contributions and work with distributed teams
This challenging position requires prior contributions to open source projects, and prior leadership of distributed teams. Consultancy experience in Linux systems development (embedded, kernel / driver, system software), the cloud, or a comparable technical field is relevant. Website, web design and IT consultancy will not suffice in and of itself. Unrestricted existing UK work permission is required, without time limit.
For the right candidate, this role offers fully remote work, leadership and management of a distributed team of software consultants, major enterprise clients, and the chance to take a strategic view of commercial endeavours, managing project assignments, recruitment, and partnerships.
