Plant Fitter / Agricultural Engineer (Full OEM Training and Clear Progression)
£39,000 - £42,000 + Full JCB Training + Clear Progression + Personal Company Van + Fuel Card + Laptop + Phone + Life Insurance + Overtime + 30 Days holiday
Field Based: Commutable from Bristol, Bath, Portishead, Weston-Super-Mare, Clevedon and Surrounding Areas
Are you from a Plant/ Agricultural background looking for full training onto JCB products becoming a technical expert within your field where you will also step up and take the lead with clear progression opportunities set out for you all whilst being provided a personal van with opportunity to further bolster your earnings through overtime opportunities?
On offer is full industry training onto JCB products where you will be working on state-of-the-art equipment within an industry leading company all whilst further increasing your earnings through overtime opportunities and progressing your career through a clear set out progression structure.
This national company have been established for over 2 decades and are well are known for heavily investing in and upskilling their engineers, due to continuous expansion, they are now looking for someone from a plant/ agricultural background to support their team of technical experts.
On offer is full industry training where you will be responsible for the maintenance of JCB machines across customer sites working closely alongside the site supervisor whilst progressing through the company becoming a technical expert.
This role would suit someone from a Plant/ Agricultural background looking for full industry training into JCB products whilst also bolstering their earnings further through overtime opportunities.
This Role:
*Full Industry Training onto JCB Products
*Servicing and maintenance of JCB machines across sites
*Full UK Drivers licence
