We are seeking passionate social workers to join our client's Safeguarding team, where your work will be instrumental in supporting children subject to Child Protection and Child in Need plans.Qualifications:

• A relevant Social Work qualification
• Completion of the Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE)
• Active Social Work England registration

• Confident in applying statutory and regulatory frameworks with knowledge of a range of professional interventions

About the Role:

• Support children and young people with Child Protection and Child in Need plans
• Transfer cases between the Safeguarding and Permanence teams when appropriate
• Build strong relationships with families, support networks, and partner agencies
• Conduct assessments, home visits, and direct work with children, as well as care planning and case recording
• Ensure the child's voice is heard in all aspects of case management
• Engage in reflective and group supervision to continually improve practice
