Key Skills & Experience Required

• Industry Experience: 2-3 years in a relevant role, preferably within fashion, retail, or customer service.
• IT Proficiency: Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Wholesale Merchandise Assistant / Customer Service and Operations Administrator, you will be at the heart of the operations, ensuring seamless coordination between suppliers, customers, and internal teams.

Key duties include:

• Purchasing & Sales Administration: Managing purchasing process, from raising and invoicing sales orders to tracking purchase orders.
• Customer Liaison: Acting as the main point of contact throughout the entire order process.
• Overseeing product style codes, costings, and purchase orders on to the ERP system.
• Ensuring timely delivery of products and samples through efficient coordination with suppliers, brand directors, and customers.
• Price Management: Managing Free-On-Board (FOB) and selling prices across different currencies (£/$/€).
• Preparing margin sheets to support price negotiations.
• Working closely with the design, product development, and operations teams.
