Product Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Development Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of learning & e-learning products.

In this role, you will take ownership of the entire e-learning product lifecycle, from concept to launch, while spearheading the growth of our e-learning offerings. You will lead a talented team of Technical Developers and Product Developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences. Your work will initially focus on training and qualifications, with the opportunity to expand our e-learning portfolio for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage product development projects from concept to market launch.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-learning platforms.
• Drive the long-term strategy for e-learning products.
• Provide leadership and development support to a team of up to three direct reports.
• Ensure that all products comply with health, safety, and quality standards.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Experience in the development of educational or training products.
• Proven success managing both classroom-based and e-learning product development.
• Experience working with e-learning platforms such as Articulate Storyline or Moodle.
• Leadership and team development experience.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering successful projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• A full, valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (due to the location of the role).
