Occupational Therapist
Salary: up to £44,000 per annum + travel expenses
Permanent | Full or part time hours can be accommodated, minimum of 3 days per week.
Hybrid | Covering multiple clinics across Leicester.
Our client are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team on a full or part time basis.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Use clinical expertise to advise on functional capacity, job demands, ergonomics and rehabilitation programmes for employees with complex health problems or disabilities, assisting them to remain at or return to work.
Be professionally and legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of own workload.
Employees with complex health problems or disabilities in a variety of work settings and across contracts including blue collar, white collar, and Government organisations.
Provide expert advice/consultancy on OT issues / products within the organisation and to customers e.g., organisational level ergonomic consultancy and training.
Qualifications and skills:
HCPC registered,
BSc in Occupational Therapy.
Eligible for membership of British Association of Occupational Therapists.
Professional knowledge acquired through degree, functional capacity evaluation, workplace ergonomics, objective / standardised evaluation.
Strong organisational and planning ability with proven track record of being able to manage workload.
Willingness to travel to different work locations within a defined regional area.
