Role: ERP Programme Manager
Salary: DOE
Located: Tankersley – Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days home)
Hours:- 40 hours, Monday to Friday
This role delivers complex, transformational, change programmes involving multiple workstreams. Working within a fast paced, challenging, and dynamic environment, with overall accountability for the successful delivery of programmes across the business.
The Programme Manager is a critical senior management role within the IT function, leading strategic digital transformation projects and programmes. The Programme Manager will lead cross functional teams of specialists, together will subject matter experts from across the business to deliver solutions that enables the organisations future-state business capabilities and deliver targeted business outcomes.
As Programme Manager you will need to be hands-on to help shape and guide the delivery of change and will contribute to maintaining the cohesiveness of change activities across all Programme activities.

The role:
* Provide leadership and direction throughout the design, build, and implementation phases.
* Define the project components, aligning methodologies, and ensuring clear documentation and approval before delivery.
* Complete all project plans, implement measures to track and control progress against the plan.
* Define, gain approval of, and manage the project budget.
* Produce weekly/monthly progress reports, track key deliverables, and manage escalations.
* Proactively identify, manage, report, and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions.
* Ensure Stage Gate deliverables meet agreed delivery dates and acceptance criteria.
* Plan and facilitate effective meetings and workshops with well-structured agendas.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage 3rd party suppliers to secure delivery targets.
* Prioritise daily tasks for the team in line with the project plan.
* Foster a collaborative and solution-oriented team spirit.
The successful candidate:
* Ability to challenge and influence at all levels.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate and listen effectively at all levels.
* Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
* Experience operating in a matrix management structure.
* Collaborative mindset with a focus on driving positive changes.
* Demonstrate initiative, creativity, and a solution-oriented mindset.
* Customer-focused approach with a commitment to meeting their needs.
* Resilient with the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Educated to degree level or equivalent.
* Proven experience leading similar strategic projects in terms of size, complexity, and timescales.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central would be highly desirable
