The Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client are looking to grow their commercial team, with the appointment of x2 Quantity Surveyors.

You will need to live in a commutable distance to office and will be visiting sites.

• Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring accurate financial reporting
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Participate in regular meetings with clients to discuss project financial status and address any concerns.
• Prepare and present financial reports
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Salary - £60,000 - £75,000
