Job Title: Training Co-ordinator
Location: Leicester
Salary: £24k - £27k per annum DOE
Job type: Full Time/Permanent

About the role
We are a long-established civil engineering contractor operating across the Midlands, who is experiencing ongoing growth. Due to this increasing level of business, an opportunity has arisen for a Training Co-ordinator to join our team, based at our Head Office in Mountsorrel, Leicestershire.
This role would suit an ambitious candidate with solid experience as a Training Co-ordinator, who is looking to further their career within an established and successful company.

As a Training Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for:
Identifying training needs within the business and co-ordinating the booking of these courses
Collaborating with outside providers to put together bespoke training courses
Administration and record keeping as well as the raising of PO's
Managing Apprenticeship/T-level student learning progress
Application of various grants and compiling of the yearly Training BudgetWhat we're looking for
To be considered for this position, you must/ should Ideally have:
Learning and Development qualification is desirable but not essential
Experience in this position or a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Excellent organisational skills
Good Communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Experience of Databases
