Job Description
HR Business Partner (12 Month FTC)
Location: Bolton (Hybrid Working) Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated HR Business Partner to join our client's dynamic team in Bolton on a 12 month fixed-term contract. Working closely with a fantastic Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in supporting a wide range of HR projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Head of HR on strategic HR projects, including Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI), the implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS), policy development, and reward and recognition programs.
Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers across the business, addressing a variety of HR issues and concerns.
Partner with managers to develop and implement effective talent management strategies, including recruitment, performance management, and employee development.
Contribute to the development and delivery of HR training and workshops to enhance employee engagement and performance.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform HR decision-making.
About You:
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A passion for HR and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to employees and managers.
