TN Recruits is seeking a motivated Part-time Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced Temporary team. * Manage a busy temporary recruitment desk, delivering high-quality candidates to meet client needs quickly.
* Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Conduct candidate interviews, manage the recruitment process, and provide ongoing support to all parties.
* Generate new business opportunities through proactive sales efforts.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven track record in recruitment or sales.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
* Self-driven and able to manage time effectively, especially with reduced or flexible hours.
