Talent Acquisition Advisor
£30,695 (plus company bonus and benefits)
Full time – Monday to Friday (Hybrid after probation/training period)
Location: Chandlers Ford, Hampshire
On behalf of our client, we are hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate journey.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their specific role requirements and deliver tailored recruitment strategies.
Create detailed job descriptions and engaging adverts that reflect the company’s standards and values.
Provide 1:1 coaching and training sessions to Hiring Managers, supporting their development in recruitment best practices.
Lead Competency-Based interviewing techniques to ensure high-quality candidate selection.
Network on various platforms to attract top talent and ensure a competitive hiring edge.
Support and streamline the recruitment process via the ATS system, enhancing efficiency for both Hiring Managers and candidates.
Ideal Candidate:
A strong understanding of recruitment best practices with at least 2 years' experience in a busy, high-pressure internal recruitment or HR environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
IT proficient, with experience using recruitment databases.
Collaborative, flexible, and proactive, able to manage changing priorities and work well under pressure.
