Are you a Finance Manager looking for flexible hours to fit around your lifestyle? Would you like to work for a growing business where you can play a key role in supporting the business?
My client is an innovative, high-growth technology business based near Haywards Heath, they are seeking a proactive and adaptable Part-Time Finance Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Cashflow Management: Ensure healthy cash flow and liquidity for the business.
* Credit Control: Monitor accounts receivable and manage overdue payments.
* Invoicing: Send out invoices promptly and chase clients for required information.
* Payroll: Run the monthly payroll and ensure accuracy in employee payments.
* VAT Returns: Complete and file VAT returns in a timely manner.
* Bookkeeping: Manage day-to-day financial records.
* Supplier Payments: Pay supplier invoices and manage the supplier relationship.
* Expenses Management: Oversee expenses
About You:
* Proactive & Flexible: You take initiative, solve problems, and can adapt to a fast-changing environment.
* Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
* Experience in Finance Management: Prior experience in a similar finance or bookkeeping role, preferably in an SME business.
* Xero (Desirable): Experience with or willingness to learn Xero accounting software.
* Strong Communication Skills: Ability to manage stakeholder relationships, including suppliers and clients.
