Job Description
My client, a rapidly expanding Fintech company, is looking for a Client Engagement Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this key role, you will support the sales team by ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to the company’s overall growth. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you will collaborate with various departments to streamline sales operations and enhance team productivity.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes to improve efficiency.
* Maintain and update sales documentation and training materials.
* Track and report on sales metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
* Provide support to the sales team in managing leads and follow-ups.
* Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on campaigns and promotions.
* Organise and coordinate sales meetings and training sessions.
* Foster strong relationships with both internal teams and clients to enhance collaboration.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities within our CRM system.
* Strive for continuous improvement in all operational aspects of the sales function.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in sales operations or a similar role.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* Strong analytical abilities to interpret sales data effectively.
* Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
