The Right Home Care Team is currently hiring for Domiciliary Care Assistants!

Key Responsibilities:
Personalised Care: Provide exceptional support tailored to each client’s unique needs, including assistance with daily living activities, personal hygiene, meal preparation, and companionship.
❤️ Compassionate Interaction: Foster a nurturing relationship with clients, offering empathy and understanding during your care visits.
✅ Adhere to Best Practices: Follow organisational policies and industry standards while delivering care to ensure the highest level of service and safety.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of service user care, including daily logs, medication administration, and any relevant observations for care continuity.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior staff and your fellow Care Assistants to ensure the effective implementation of care plans.
Communication: Promptly report any changes or concerns regarding a client’s health or well-being to the Care Manager.
Be Active in Meetings: Participate in team meetings to discuss ideas, share experiences, and enhance the quality of care provided.
What We’re Looking For:
Empathy and Compassion: A genuine interest in helping others and an understanding of the sensitive nature of caring for diverse individuals.
Experience: Prior experience in health and social care is an asset, but we also welcome enthusiastic individuals looking to start their caregiving journey.
️ Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to ensure clear interaction with clients, families, and team members.
Team Player: A collaborative spirit and willingness to support colleagues in delivering high-quality care.
Working Hours:
⏰ Working hours from 07:00 AM to 14:00 PM, and your availability within this timeframe is essential to meet the needs of our clients.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability
