Job Description
The Company
Axon Moore is exclusively partnering with a leading business in the High Peak area. Due to continued growth they require an ambitious Assistant Management Accountant to join them and work closely with the FC & Management Accountant.
Salary - £28,000 - £32,000
Location – High Peak
Hybrid – 3 days in 2 from home.
Responsibilities will include:
Support the Management Accountant with the production of the management accounts.
Complete and check Balance Sheet reconciliations, such as VAT, Fixed Assets and GRNI.
Maintain the Fixed Asset Register,
Complete and submit VAT returns,
Analyse and investigate month end variances,
Perform monthly supplier statement reconciliations and investigate variances,
Provide cover/processing support for AP team & Credit control team.
Person Specification:
AAT Qualified looking to study further.
Strong Excel knowledge.
Confident, can do attitude.
Previous experience in a similar role
