Job Description
DCS Engineering are currently recruitng for a client in the heart of the Ribble valley for an experience Horizontal CNC Milling Setter/Operator. Our client is a well established modern CNC subcontract machining shop offering prismatic parts to various industries including Mining, Defence, Medical, Rail and Hydraulics.
DUTIES
Setting repeat work in line with proven processes
Setting new work & creating process instructions
Tool life management
Some operating requirements depending on mix of workATTRIBUTES REQUIRED
Experience with Fanuc controls with a minimum of 4axis machine experience
Engineering Apprenticeship required as a minimum
Good communication skills
Ability to work on your own & follow processes
Disciplined approach to completion of paperwork within the scope of IS9001/AS9100 quality standards
40 hours per week
PayScale dependent on skill level
