Senior Solar Roofer

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the renewable energy sector for a skilled and qualified Senior Solar Roofer. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior role with leadership responsibilities, offering excellent benefits and significant earning potential.

Senior Solar Roofer Key Responsibilities:

Leading the installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) panels on a variety of roofing types.

Supervising and training a team of roofers in solar installation techniques.

Carrying out inspections to ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.

Collaborating with electricians and other teams to ensure successful project completion.

Troubleshooting and resolving any issues during installation and maintenance.

Senior Solar Roofer Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in solar roofing or general roofing with solar experience.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Roofing or equivalent qualification.

Proven experience leading roofing teams on large or complex projects.

Strong understanding of different roofing systems and solar panel installation techniques.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and manage a team.

Full UK driving licence.

Senior Solar Roofer Benefits:

Competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum.

Generous bonus structure with on-target earnings (OTE) up to £100,000.

35 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).
