Commercial Insurance Account Handler Dudley Salary up to £40,000 DOE
Are you a certified CII professional looking for your next challenge in the world of commercial insurance? We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Handler to join a friendly team in a growing Insurance Brokerage in Dudley.
About the Role
As a Commercial Insurance Account Handler, you'll be at the forefront of managing client relationships and providing expert advice on a wide range of commercial insurance products. This role offers excellent career progression opportunities, with a clear path to becoming an Account Executive.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
Specialise in commercial property insurance and general commercial insurance
Maintain and develop client relationships
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
Process policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business
Liaise with insurers and negotiate terms on behalf of clients
Ideal Candidate
Cert CII qualified (or equivalent)
Proven experience in commercial insurance, particularly in Commercial Property Insurance
Knowledge of Professional Indemnity Insurance is highly desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
