Job Description
Second Line Support Engineer – Leighton Buzzard £30,000-£35,000
VIQU have partnered with a leading organisation in Leighton Buzzard who are seeking an individual to provide quality technical support on site. The candidate must have proven experience working in a second line support capacity.
The candidate would be on site in central Leighton Buzzard five days a week and would help to support a Microsoft enviroment.
Key Responsibilities of the Second Line Support Engineer:
Provide second line support for users across the organisation.
Log, investigate and take full ownership of customer tickets, identifying the root cause of issues.
Support a Microsoft environment, including Exchange Online.
Set up and configure devices using Intune and Autopilot.
Troubleshoot any network and infrastructure issues.
Support and manage Active Directory, including user management, group policies, and permissions.
Requirements of the IT Support Engineer:
1+ years of experience within a 2nd line IT support role.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, Autopilot and Exchange online.
Extensive experience with Active Directory management and maintenance.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude
Ability to work independently and communicate effecitvley.
