Technical Support / CAD Engineer
£38,000 to £42,000 + Product training + Enhanced Pension + Benefits
Ringwood, Hampshire (Commutable from: Bournemouth, Salisbury, Poole, Southampton, Christchurch)
Are you a Technical Engineer, looking to join a well-established local company, where you be fully involved and a wide range of daily activities and be recognised as the go to product expert?
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a close-knit team, where you gain experience across multiple areas, combining your technical background with customer interaction.
The company are a leading supplier of mechanical devices to a range of industries across the UK. They are now looking for a technical support / CAD engineer to help take the business forward.
This is a highly varied role where you will manage aspects of the product lifecycle. This could involve technical support for customers, producing quotes/ designs, procuring parts and liaising with suppliers. You will get full training on their product portfolio.
The Role:
Technical Support / CAD Engineer
Technical support for customers
Produce quotes / designs for customer enquiries
Project management, parts procurement, liaising with suppliers
Monday to Friday, office based, 37.5 hrs.The Person:
Technical engineer
Experience dealing with customers
Project management experience
