My client is a well-established printing and advertising company, based in the heart of Watford.
Their Clients are marketing agencies, exhibition organisers and Premiership football teams!

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for :
Managing/ mentoring junior sales members
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and production teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Networking across various platforms
The ideal candidate :
Must have graphic design industry experience
Proven experience in business development or sales management,
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Benefits :
Monthly commission, with an achievable £10,000 to be earned on top of generous basic salary.
On sight parking
Career progression
Working Hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm
This role is fully office based with parking on sight.
Interviews will be taking place next week.
