Joshua Robert Recruitment is working alongside an award-winning, privately owned property development company based in Warwickshire. The company specialises in high-quality, sustainable homes in the best locations.
Each house and apartment is carefully designed to maximise living space and natural light while minimising living costs.

They will be starting a new build project soon in Claverdon, Warwick, Warwickshire.

They are looking to put a Groundworks team together on the project for approx 4 months of work.

So the requirements are:

Experienced Groundworker
360 Excavator
Dumper Driver Groundworker Duties:

Kerbing
Edging
Drainage 360 Excavator Duties:

Carrying out excavator inspections to ensure good functioning
Digging foundations and levelling the ground
Carrying out operations that lift large volumes of material
Fitting various ancillary equipment to the excavator and operating it
Understanding and interpreting technical drawings and plans
Demolishing any existing structure
Digging trenches to lay pipes that will supply water to the future building Dumper Driver Duties:

Operating the dump truck to transport materials across the work site.
Loading and unloading materials onto and off of the truck.
Inspecting the truck before and after each use to ensure it is in good working condition.
Maintaining the truck, including performing routine maintenance and repairs Rates per role:

Groundworker - £17ph
360 Excavator - £20ph
Dumper Driver - £19ph Requirements:

CPCS Card - (360 Driver & Dumper)
CSCS Card - (Groundworker)
Streetworks Card (preferred but not essential)
Full PPE Must be:

Experienced
Reliable
Punctual
Trustworthy Working Week:
Monday to Friday
7.30am - 4.00pm

Our client would prefer to have a gang of three that have worked together before, but will accept experienced workers in this field that work alone.
