Due to continued growth, we have an opening for a Divisional Manager to be based in our Birmingham office
Based in the prestigious offices at Lyndon House Edgbaston, you will be responsible for overseeing a team that includes a Senior Recruiter, Trainee Recruiter and a Resourcer.
You will be an expert in your field, ideally from the Trades and Labour, Construction or M & E sector. You will a proven biller, ambitious and career driven, who can deliver results in an autonomous environment. We are looking for an experienced Managing Consultant with a proven track record of running a successful 360 desk alongside leading and developing a small team of recruiters
* Managing relationships with existing clients, providing consultative advice based on market insights
* Business development to engage with new clients
* Sourcing candidates using a range of innovative channels including social media, Linked In Recruiter, job boards etc
* Interviewing candidates, formatting CVs and producing descriptive and persuasive bios to send to clients
* Networking and local network events
* Client entertainment
* Driving and achieving the Branch KPis
* Developing and mentoring the team through regular monthly sales plans
* Regular one-to-ones with team members
* Performance management
* Setting and monitoring KPI’s
* Implementing initiatives and projects from senior management
