Job Description
looking for compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Workers to join our team on an ad-hoc basis in Reading. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, and hygiene.
* Support nurses and healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional care.
* Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
* Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
* Provide emotional and social support to patients.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Previous experience in a healthcare or support worker role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, patient, and able to work well under pressure.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights.
* Relevant healthcare qualifications (preferred).
Salary:
* £13.50 per hour (Days)
* £16.00 per hour (Nights and Saturdays)
* £17.00 per hour (Sundays)
