Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Head Chef in daily operations, ensuring high standards.
• Lead the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef.

• Manage and mentor junior kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a similar setting.
• Passion for fresh food and high culinary standards.
• Ability to drive (essential due to the location).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
