Service Technician

Cookes Pools & Spas is a dynamic company specialising in constructing, installing, and servicing swimming pools and spas. Since opening our doors in 1978, the team at Cookes Pools & Spas has proudly built a strong reputation for quality work and dedicated customer service.

We are currently looking for a Service Technician who will be responsible for maintaining and repairing pool equipment and systems, ensuring customer satisfaction and the highest quality of service

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and service pool equipment, including pumps, filters, and heaters systems.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in pool equipment and systems.
• Replace and repair defective parts and components.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing clients' inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of services, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Inventory management.

About You:

• Strong mechanical or technical aptitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Requirements:

• Valid manual driver's license.
