Junior Associate - Employment Law (Hybrid)

Are you a talented and passionate Employment Law attorney looking to advance your career with a top-tier national firm? Do you want trial exposure to expand your skillsets? Well I have a confidential opportunity to join a well-established plaintiffs' firm that specializes in wage & hour class actions, whistleblower claims, and complex employment litigation. As a Junior Associate, you will work on high-impact cases, collaborate with senior attorneys, and receive hands-on mentorship that will set you on the path to becoming a senior associate or partner.

Position Highlights:

• Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in the office each week) based in either their Oakland or LA offices
• Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (DOE)
• Experience: 0-4 years in Employment Law and Wage & Hour Class Actions

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex wage & hour claims and class action litigation
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies
• Engage in legal research and writing (2 writing samples required)
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss case progress and provide insights

Qualifications:

• Active California Bar license
• Strong experience with wage & hour litigation and class actions
• Excellent legal writing and research skills
• Familiarity with FIA and AAGA claims is a plus
