A boutique personal injury law firm in Portland, OR is seeking a plaintiff personal injury litigation paralegal to join their team. Cases would include catastrophic injury, med mal and wrongful death.

The role offers a base salary of 60-95k DOE, with additional bonus earnings, medical, dental, vision and life insurance, 401k with a 3% match, PTO & sick leave, paid court holidays and other perks!

This role will focus on plaintiff personal injury litigation, taking a case from inception through negotiating settlements, arbitration, mediation, deposition and trial.

Ideal candidates will have the following experience:

- 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, handling personal injury litigation cases in Oregon.

- Experience requesting medical records and analyzing medical records

- Drafting medical chronologies, demand letters, pleadings and other motions

- Supporting trial prep, prepping binders and exhibits

- E-filing in Oregon court system

- Clear understanding of court procedures and deadlines in civil court, federal court experience a big plus

- Empathetic and committed to getting their clients the best possible outcome
