Seeking a Warehouse Administration Assistant in Truganina

• Consistent Part time hours commence ASAP


• Located in Truganina VIC (Western Suburbs)


• Day shift Tuesday - Thursday 9am - 2:30pm

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking an experienced warehouse administration assistant to for an immediate start to join their client in Truganina VIC, who specialise in the disrbution of Refridgerant Gas.

The successful applicant will have previous administration experience including data entry, inventory control, taking phone calls, packing orders etc. and will be available to work 9am - 2:30pm Tuesday - Thursday.



Job Requirements:

• Must have previous Administration / data entry / inventory control experience (preferably in a warehouse)


• Must have outstanding written and verbal Skills


• Must have experience Using Excel and Microsoft applications


• Must have pick packing / order packing experience


• Must be available to work Tuesday - Thursday (9am - 2:30pm) long - term


• Occasionally will be required to work 5 days (Monday - Friday)

Duties and responsibilities involved/ requirments:

• Operating computer systems


• Inventory control / analysis (stock taking and stock ordering)


• Packing orders


• Answering phone calls / responding to emails


• Data entry using Excel and other Microsoft applications


• Processing stock orders and invoicing
