Programmed is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services.
Programmed is seeking an experienced Administration Officer to work with its mining client in the Gunnedah region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reception duties
- Data collection and analytical reporting
- Accounts payable
- Taking deliveries
- Cleaning office
- Document management
- Filing and archiving
- Various administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, experience with Excel is essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail
- Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence
- Have unlimited working rights in Australia
- Be able to supply 2 current work references
- Willing to complete a criminal history check
- Willing to work Monday to Friday
