Position: Temporary Experienced Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Airport Oaks/Mangere
Pay Rate: Up to $35 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, train, and build effective teams while monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback.


• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and engaged.


• Operational Oversight: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products efficiently.


• Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure that all operations adhere to health and safety regulations to provide a safe working environment.


• Inventory Management: Manage inventory control processes and work to optimize warehouse procedures for efficiency and accuracy.


• Employee Development: Train and develop team members to enhance their skills, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a warehouse team leader role or similar leadership position.


• Background Checks: Must be able to pass a Criminal Conviction Screening (MOJ) and drug screening.


• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities as needed.


• Dependability: A reliable individual who values punctuality and consistently delivers high performance.


• Health & Safety Focus: A strong understanding and commitment to health and safety protocols.
