Senior Process Engineer

The Senior Process Engineer is a critical role in the success of design, construction and operations of our clients exciting project..

What you do:
The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for:

• Review of process engineering deliverables to ensure that they meet standards and industry best practice.
• Analyse plant performance and development of remediation plans in the event of underperformance while also developing opportunities for continuous improvement of operations.
• Mentor and oversee development of process engineers.
• Address technical challenges associated with adopting new process and retro fitting to existing refinery configurations as required.

What you need?

• Bachelor’s degree in extractive metallurgy, chemistry, or chemical engineering.
• Minimum 5 years' Australian experience On-site
• Successful track record in collaborating as a team as well as working autonomously.
• Experienced in process refinery flow sheeting (PFD and P&ID), equipment sizing and capital
  cost estimation.
• A desire to be a long-term employee, progressing into management
