Scrum Master and Agile Coach

We are currently seeking an experienced SCRUM Master and Agile Coach for a company based out in Bentley.

You'll receive a competitive hourly rate, and weekly pay from PERSOLKELLY. You'll also be provided with ongoing support and customer service from PERSOLKELLY throughout your contract.

Some of the key points that you'll want to know:

• Effectively implement Scrum and kanban methodologies, fostering improved collaboration among teams.


• Spearhead SAFe methodology implementation and scrum best practices adoption.


• Identify and remove impediments to enhance team efficiency.


• Facilitate collaborative discussions to address agile framework gaps.


• Conduct backlog grooming sessions with product owners, enhancing sprint planning effectiveness. Consistently measured and reported agile metrics to ensure ongoing alignment with quality, cost, time and other predefined goals.

In terms of your background, you'll ideally have:

• Delivered coaching and mentorship to project managers/Leads.


• Provided training and coaching to enhance product owner capabilities


• Had to Resolve conflicts and project issues efficiently during execution


• Addressed cross-functional issues at the project level through effective communication


• Collaborating with peers to improve agile practices across the organisation.
