Affiliates Director - Fixed-Term Contract

We currently have an excellent opportunity for an Affiliates Director or Senior Affiliates Manager to join our team for a 13 month fixed-term engagement - working with one of our longest-tenured clients here in Sydney, Australia. With the opportunity to work on one of Australia's leading accounts, this role is perfect for someone looking to expand on their experience within the affiliates' space.
This role will ideally commence January 2025.

What your typical day will look like:

Work with a committed team to ensure programs/projects timelines, cost estimates, schedules and forecasts are accurately developed and adhered to
Manage and oversee client media plans and programs to ensure that key offers are communicated with affiliates in a timely manner
Provide support across partner recruitment, partner management and program management
Ensure programs are set up and optimised in the correct way, according to the Network best practice
Ensure end of month processes are followed accurately to ensure clients are billed and partners are paid accurately
Ensure campaign tracking is correctly setup, monitored and any issues are identified early on to prevent campaign disruption


A bit about you:

Extensive expertise and experience in delivering tailored affiliate programs
3+ years’ experience within an Affiliate/Performance-based marketing role
A strong understanding of setting up, managing, and reporting on affiliate programs, with a focus on driving performance-based results for your clients
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills as well as the ability to manage varying projects and deadlines
Strong analytical skill and capability to draw insights and provide recommendations based on data findings
Previous experience leading a team, providing opportunities for continuous learning and development, as well as managing day to day workflows


The Affiliates Director will lead a team of 3 to deliver transformative business results for our clients. With extensive expertise and experience in delivering tailored affiliate programs, you will understand the Australian affiliate landscape and have a keen vision of how that landscape is set to evolve. Working closely with the Client Leadership team, you will interrogate client challenges and help shape innovative data-driven and consumer-led solutions for our clients.
