About the role
Join a vibrant, high performing team within the successful NSW Sales Team. This role will see your contribution directly supporting a small team of account managers, liaising with some of the most covetable international brands to bring their campaigns to life across partnership with Are Media's well-loved mastheads. The team works predominantly with fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands from both an international and local perspective.
You will gain experience across Are Media's omni-channel network, working predominantly across the print and digital arms of the business, engaging with and working alongside teams in production, content, creative, editorial and operations to carry out day to day tasks.
You will report to the Group Business Director, while supporting account managers and, beyond that, the wider sales team when called upon. Your support directly enables us to be out in market and successful campaign implementation leads to repeat business from clients.
Duties
Liaise with clients and agencies to ensure timely delivery of material and assets to execute campaigns on time, developing relationships with these key contacts
Manage campaigns via internal stakeholders to ensure campaign delivery across production, creative and ad ops, learning how different arms of the business work
Support account managers and Group Business Director with day-to-day tasks
Support account managers and Group Business Director with various systems including research and ad booking/management system, Ad Point
Prepare post campaign analysis reports for clients and agencies: assist in preparing sales collateral and proposals where require
Skills and experience
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Exceptional organisation and time management skills
Strong enthusiasm for media and advertising and in particular print and digital media; interest in the luxury category preferred
Proactive and solutions focused approach to implementation matters
Excellent communication skills
Able to build effective customer relationships
Proficient Microsoft Office package skills
