What We Offer:

• $80,000 - $83,000 per annum + 10% Night Allowance


• Levin, Manawatu, NZ


• Night Shift (9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Saturday)

About You:

• Lead a team to meet daily production targets and ensure adherence to 'Right First Time' principles to ensure operational efficiency and profitability and enhance overall productivity and quality


• Monitor performance and reporting, driving cost efficiency and line effectiveness to ensure resources are used efficiently and to ensure customer satisfaction.


• Address employee grievances and set clear expectations for performance to enhance accountability and performance.


• Motivate and develop staff while identifying and addressing skill gaps to ensure the team remains competitive and meets future challenges.


• Ensure compliance with WHS policies and conduct risk assessments to ensure a safe work environment.


• Promote a safety-conscious culture and reduce safety incidents to foster a sense of responsibility within the team.


• Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety standards and drive a safety-first culture to better performance and productivity.

What You Need:

• 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment.


• Strong decision-making skills and the ability to motivate and develop your team.


• Experience with health and safety protocols.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an understanding of production processes
