Drive Project Success: Maintain timelines and budgets to ensure efficient and top-quality project execution.

Be a Strategic Planner: Collaborate with stakeholders and allocate resources to meet project demands.

Take Control: Delegate tasks to skilled employees, enforce standards, and champion continuous improvement.

Deliver Insights: Regularly report project progress to the Director, keeping communication clear and focused.

Client-Focused Excellence: Ensure timely client invoicing and maintain strong relationships, ensuring satisfaction and encouraging future business.

Innovate & Support: Oversee electrical design processes, collaborate with the Workshop Manager on innovative board designs, and ensure projects are executed on budget.

Stay Ahead of the Game: Manage parts procurement, keep the team informed, and oversee electrical builds to ensure deadlines are met.

Be a Hands-On Leader: Assist with quotes, handle contractor licensing, and embrace opportunities for growth in project management.

Why You'll Love This Role:

Make an Impact: Lead game-changing projects and play a pivotal role in driving success for the company and clients alike.

Take Charge: Own your role and lead a multifunctional team to deliver high-performance results.

Endless Opportunities: This is a role with real growth potential, where your leadership will open the door to bigger projects and greater success.
