We are currently working with multiple clients seeking experienced Rostering / Scheduling officers for both short and long term temp assignments.
Location wise these roles are predominantly based in the CBD / inner suburbs
Start: ASAP
Location: Various - Perth Metro
Length: from 2 - 3 months, some with potential to extend or become permanent
Hours: Full time Hours (38 hours per week).
Hourly Rate: Approx $36 - $40ph + Super depending on role and experience
The Role
Responsibilities across the roles will include:
- Plan, manage and maintain weekly rosters for support workers and aged carers
- Ensuring that all rostered staff are scheduled with correct rostering policies in regard to hours worked against the relevant award
- Ensuring that all rostered staff are scheduled in accordance to the required qualifications and skills.
- Provide continuous communication throughout the teams relating to any roster changes or amendments
- Accurate recording of all absenteeism (sick / personal or annual leave)
- Ensuring all employee timecards are entered correctly and passed to payroll team for processing
- Onboarding of new clients and setup of financial accounts and care plans.
About You
- Minimum 2 years in a fast paced and high volume Customer service / administration role, ideally with experience with Rostering / Scheduling
- Advanced Microsoft suite knowledge - particularly Excel
- NDIS Clearance required
- Outstanding attention to detail
- The ability to respond under pressure to fluctuating circumstances
- The ability to manage high and diverse workload
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone manner
