Position Overview: A live-in caretaker is required for the GKC Dog Showgrounds and Caravan Park, ideally suited for a retired individual or couple seeking to stay active and reduce living expenses. This position comes with a one-bedroom self-contained accommodation, with electricity and water included.

Primary Responsibilities: Grounds Maintenance Cleaning & Rubbish Collection Event Support Equipment Maintenance Caravan Park Management Ideal Candidate: Preferably retired or semi-retired individual(s).

Ability to handle physical tasks related to groundskeeping and equipment maintenance. Good organizational skills to maintain registers and schedules for maintenance and inspections. Friendly and approachable for customer service interactions at the caravan park.
