They are currently seeking a dedicated Inventory Management Specialist to join their warehouse team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of inventory in the warehouse.


• Ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation for all stock movements.


• Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and manage stock replenishment.


• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and complaints efficiently.


• Create detailed reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and discrepancies.


• Collaborate with warehouse staff and various departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills, particularly in a warehouse setting.


• Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.


• Ability to analyze data for inventory management and reporting.


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.


• Experience in conflict resolution and customer relationship management.


• Adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.


• Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices is a plus.


• Forklift certification is advantageous but not essential.
