Programmed is a leading provider of open space and full facility maintenance services, looking after Auckland's parks, sports fields, streets, community buildings. In addition, we are also offering expert horticultural, landscaping and plant supply services to local government and private enterprise.

Our Sports team is currently looking for an experienced, skilled, motivated, and enthusiastic person. In this role you will be assisting in the preparation and maintenance of our sports fields. Other duties would include generally ground and sports field maintenance such as, irrigation control sports field repairs, Renovation programmes, weed control, and ensuring that the grounds are well presented. Good time management is essential to the success of this role. Good budgeting experience required with delivering on sport renovation work.

He kōrero mōu: About you

• Professional experience in grounds and sports field maintenance


• A full clean NZ driver license with confident manual-driving skills is essential


• Ability to plan and ensure deadlines are met


• Have a strong customer focus & sound written and verbal communication skills


• Good computer skills


• Ability to work unsupervised and comply with health and safety requirements


• Have stamina with a good level of fitness and agility.


• Good Turf species knowledge


• Sports field Renovations experience

This position works 40 hours per week between the hours 7am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
