Job Description

Are you ready to further develop your skills within a dynamic team in a supportive and friendly team environment? Located in Dandenong South our client is a industry leader within ther field and are now seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Full-Time Perm Production Blender! Hours are Monday to Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm

Responsibilities:



  • Operate blending equipment to produce high-quality chemical products according to specifications.

  • Follow blending recipes and procedures accurately to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Complete around 6-7 jobs orders from start to finish daily.

  • Monitor blending processes, making adjustments as necessary to maintain efficiency and safety.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including handling dangerous goods.

  • Perform routine maintenance on blending equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of blending area.

  • Quality control


Requirements:



  • Previous experience in chemical/food blending and batching preferred.

  • Forklift license is essential.

  • Experience working in production enviroment

  • Willingness to learn and undergo training

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Must be process driven.

  • Knowledge/experience of with LEAN principles.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good communication skills (bother verbal and written) and maths skills

  • Flexibility and adaptability a must.
