We are seeking enthusiastic Online Customer Service Officers to join our dedicated team that supports our Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne brands. An immediate start for full time and casual positions over the coming busy holiday season.
This role will place you in a fast-paced and innovative team that makes you the first point of contact for the business. Working in our online customer service team, you will handle online customer queries and complaints via multiple forms of communications.
To be successful you will:
- Be passionate about provide outstanding Customer Service to all
- Be a highly motivated person with strong communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment and assisting others
- Ability to multitask and maintain focus in an often, high pressured environment
- Flexibility to work across a 7 day rotating roster
- Have retail or contact centre experience preferred, although not essential
