Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Operations Manager to join our clients growing team. This role will oversee an experienced team of Service Managers and in-field plumbers across Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations, high standards of quality, and effective resource management.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Report directly to the General Manager and other senior management.

  • Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

  • Supervise and provide advice to onsite personnel, ensuring high-quality work.

  • Conduct onsite quality assurance inspections and prepare compliance reports.

  • Forecast and manage resources effectively to meet operational demands.

  • Oversee budget forecasting and management to ensure cost-effective operations.

  • Prepare quotes and estimates for new projects.

  • Review client and supplier invoices to ensure accuracy.

  • Ensure onsite safety and compliance with relevant regulations.


Qualifications & Attributes:



  • Certificate III in Plumbing and Roofing.

  • Asbestos Awareness certification.

  • White Card.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable).
