About the company
Our client is a well-established and highly successful family-owned and operated business specializing in Mobile Plant, Mining, Earthworks, and Civil hire equipment. Due to that success, we are now looking for their next star performer as Maintenance Supervisor to lead their innovative team based in Redcliffe.
About the role
Working alongside the Fleet Manager, you'll play a crucial role in leading the business in all maintenance, customer service and quality-related aspects of the equipment coming in and going out. Your responsibilities will include assessing the urgency of repairs and scheduling to meet client demands.
Remaining flexible and adaptable with strong solutions focus is key, as no two days are the same and project requirements can change rapidly.

About you:
- Demonstrated leadership experience, ensuring a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- 5+ years' experience managing the day-to-day operations of a mobile plant maintenance team (civil or mining equipment).
- Experience in the service and repair of heavy mobile earthmoving/mining plant [CAT, Hino & Isuzu] maximising plant availability.
- Strong diagnostic / fault-finding skills.
- Experience using computerised maintenance management systems such as CIS program.
- Relevant trade qualification.
Qualifications:
- An Australian recognised trade certificate (Heavy Diesel or Mobile Plant).
- Minimum "C" Class unencumbered driver's licence.

- +6 mths $5k base salary increase
- +12 mths $5k base salary increase
- +24 mths $10k base salary increase
