Recruitment Administrator X 6 - 2025 State Election

PERSOLKELLY have recently been appointed as the sole recruitment partner for the Western Australian Electoral Commission and will be working to provide a 10,000 strong workforce, to deliver the next state election in 2025.


We have a very exciting opportunity for 6 experienced Recruitment Administrators to source and onboard candidates for a large volume of roles over multiple areas of Western Australia.



Location: Burswood


Length: 5-6 month Maximum Term Contract (ASAP start until 31st March 2025)


Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 + Super (plus a competitive completion bonus)


Benefits: Paid Public Holidays/ annual leave/ sick leave



The role:



  • Assist in sourcing candidates for a large volume of roles 800+

  • Prioritise onboarding of candidates for roles

  • Send out onboarding to candidates and coordinate with the team to ensure that the relevant onboarding and training has been completed.

  • Book candidates in for face to face training sessions

  • Answer candidates queries and assist them with any questions regarding their assisgments

  • Allocate candidates to shifts and ensure confirmation emails are sent

  • Pull daily reports to manage rosters and onboarding

  • Participate the overall coordination and success of the contracted works for the 2025 State Election.



Ideally the successful candidates will have the following;



  • Experience working in a past paced high pressured environment

  • Minimum of 1 -2 years in an admin roles working with a high volume of work

  • MUST be able to commit until end March 2025

  • Ability to track and work towards tight deadlines

  • Flexibility with working hours closer to the Election in March 2025 to ensure deadlines are met

  • Organisational skills including the ability to manage priorities and potentially competing work demands.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Competence in the use of computers, including ability to quickly learn multiple systems (e.g. CRM, rostering, timesheet technology)

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and managing conflicting commitments
